Terms of Service
Absolute Mind · Last updated 16 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Absolute Mind Booking (the “Service”), the online consultation booking service operated by Absolute Mind (Paula Sweet), a hypnotherapy and counselling practice based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. By using the Service to book a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The booking service
The Service lets you schedule a free, introductory consultation call. A consultation is an informal conversation to help you decide whether to work with Paula Sweet. Booking a consultation does not create a therapeutic, counselling or clinical relationship, and nothing provided through the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
3. Appointment information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details when booking. Appointment times are shown in the practice’s local time zone (UK time) and confirmed on screen and, where enabled, by email. Please check the details in your confirmation and let us know promptly if anything is incorrect.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel your consultation at any time using the private management link provided when you book. As consultations are free of charge, no fees apply. We simply ask that you give reasonable notice where possible, as a courtesy, so the time can be offered to someone else. Paula Sweet may occasionally need to reschedule an appointment; if so, you will be contacted using the details you provided.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for genuine booking enquiries. You must not make false or fraudulent bookings, book on behalf of someone without their consent, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service, or use it in any way that is unlawful or abusive. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that appear to breach these terms.
6. Availability of the service
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and available appointment times may change. We may update, suspend or withdraw the Service at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Absolute Mind is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service (including missed or unavailable appointment times). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its “last updated” date, applies to your use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
